Brenda is our Clinical Supervisor. Her energy is totally infectious, and her anti-oppressive analysis is invaluable to our community.
Brenda started as a children’s play therapist, developing much of the curriculum we use at WRRC, and is a recognized leader in the field. She first got into feminism because of toys.
She became increasingly annoyed at the deviation of blue and pink aisle at stores. “No thank you”, she said to herself, “and ever since I have been challenging cultural norms that oppress, marginalize and dehumanize” (mic drop).
