BEwell Program
Launching in September 2024, BEwell is designed to foster a culture of holistic wellness within organizations like yours. At WRRC, we are committed to nurturing healthy, thriving workplaces that prioritize the well-being of all employees.
Program Offerings:
- Understanding Burnout: Exhaustion and burnout rates seem to be rising and we’re overwhelmed with how to navigate the effects, let alone recover and prevent it in the future. This session will teach what is occurring within the mind and body when we are facing chronic fatigue and burnout. We will also explore practical self-healing modalities and collective approaches to prevention that enhance the well-being of individuals, communities, and teams.
- Mindfulness for Everyday Living: With the fast-paced nature of society, we can often miss the ordinary joy and aliveness that is waiting for us moment to moment. This session is an exploration into what mindfulness is and how to cultivate a deeper sense of presence in your life.
- Stress Management: Understanding how the nervous system experiences stress is an essential part in releasing and healthfully processing the energy that gets stored in the body due to growing demands. This session will provide understanding of stressors and real-time tools for shifting your relationship to challenges so that your body and mind does not become burdened by everyday life.
- Emotional Resilience and Regulation: We all desire the experience of being centred and secure as we move through the world. This session will foster a deeper understanding of resilience and provide practical strategies and language to bring yourself back into a state of calm confidence.
- Courageous Communication: We live in a hyper-connected world yet we’re losing our skills of authentic communication. This session will do a deep-dive into impactful communication and why learning to listen is as essential as learning to speak with sincerity.
- Sleep Health & Performance Optimization: The sleep-wake cycle is tethered. How we sleep is impacting how we are when we’re awake; how are waking hours are directly impacting the quality of our sleep. This session will explore the scientifically-backed practices for enhancing the quality of your rest and recovery so that you can optimize in your waking hours.
- Self Compassion: More than ever, we long to experience kindness and grace from the world and ourselves. This session will highlight the truths and myths of self-compassion and why this is essential to fostering a kinder world.
- Navigating Change: The only constant in life is change. How we relate to the nature of reality is directly impacting our experience of life itself. This session will bring to light how we can take care of ourselves and each other through the ebbs of life and come to embrace the evolution that’s waiting for us in the flow of change.
- Relational Skill Building: The entire human experience is one of relating. This session will explore relationship to self, others, and a deeper purpose and how to foster more integrity so that we can create a richer and more meaningful experience through connection and collaboration.
- Fostering Self-Awareness: To relate to the world and enhance empathy of others, we need to become conscious of where we are and what’s driving our behaviour. This session will be interactive and reflective to grow one’s understanding of their intention and impact so that there is personal responsibility for the betterment of the collective.

BEwell Staff:
To ensure your team can fully support your organization’s mission, we offer customizable sessions aimed at enhancing overall well-being and performance.
How to Register:
At WRRC, we believe that investing in the well-being of your team creates healthier, more productive workplaces. Our facilitator, Alysha Allen, can schedule a free, 45 minutes consultation to learn from you and your team about how to tailor workshops to address the needs and desires of your organization.
Program Costs:
- Single session: $500
- Bundle of 2-4 sessions: $475 each
- Bundle of 5-10 sessions: $450 each

About our facilitator Alysha Allen:
From a young age, Alysha envisioned supporting individuals and communities in optimizing their health and well-being. She pursued a degree in Health Sciences and Psychology from Western University, where her passion for healing and well-being began to take root. After completing her studies at Western, Alysha trained as a Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology.
Alysha’s deepest intention is to help individuals remember their wholeness and resourcefulness, empowering them to live and thrive.
