WRRC January Programs

To Register for any of our programs – please fill out this form.

 

MONDAYS, January 8-29

9:30am – Gentle Yoga (virtual)

10:30am – Meditation Group (virtual)

1:00pm – Creative Space (virtual)

A drop-in program for you to gather with others to work on any creative project. We will create independently but together in a shared virtual space.

 

TUESDAYS, January 9-30

9:30am – Chair Yoga (virtual)

11:00am – Gathering Space (virtual)

An online drop-in space for connection and conversation. An opportunity to meet like-minded individuals who hold a strong interest in topics related and health and healing. This is mainly a peer-led program.

 

TUESDAY, January 30

6:00-8:00pm – Book Club

We will explore the book, On Our Best Behaviour, over the next two months. Podcasts and other resources related to the book will be shared at the beginning of the month for alternate ways of learning, if you do not wish to read the book. Conversation will be tailored to the themes in the book.

2:30-3:45pm – Cultivating Mindfulness for Everyday Living

A two-part series on understanding mindfulness and how to incorporate into everyday life. Designed to be interactive in the sharing of knowledge and practices.
