May 21 – Guided Reflections @ 1-2:15pm: An introspective and interactive space for you to experience an inward journey of remembrance, rest, and renewal. Please bring a journal and pen to this program.

May 28 – Understanding Your Connection to Nature @ 1-2:15pm: An interactive learning space to explore the practices and teachings of Ayurveda and support your journey to reconnecting to the nature within you and around you.
