Women’s Support Circle

WRRC

May 16/23, 5:30-7:30pm

A safe and supportive space for all who identify as she or her to come together, learn, reflect, share their truth, and be witnessed and heard without shame, guilt or judgment. Explore themes and activities based on what inspires the women in the group.

Gentle Yoga

WRRC & Virtual

Mondays, 9:30am

On the mat; slow, gentle stretch with all postures being completed from a reclined or seated position.

Restorative Yoga

Mondays, May 1-29, 8:00 – 8:45 pm *no class May 22nd.

Completely unwind after your day with a practice designed to calm the mind and release tension in the body.   In this class, we will hold passive poses for longer than a typical class allowing you to fully relax.  At-home props like blankets, bolster, and pillows are encouraged.

Meditation Group

Mondays, 10:30am

Provides an invitation and baseline understanding of what it means to be present and aware in one’s life. Guided mindfulness and meditation that is suitable for all levels.

Feel to Heal

Thursdays, May 4-25th, 6:30 pm-8:00 pm

We don’t have a choice when we face grief or any kind of trauma. But we have a choice with how we will move forward. It’s so easy to get stuck in our grief, and we often fight the reality we’ve been given, which can intensify the pain and suffering. If you choose to allow yourself to surrender your reality and allow your grief to transform you, you can start to flow with your feelings, embrace the lessons life is showing you, and create meaning from your loss. Over these 4 weeks together, we will explore:

      • Breaking free from the ceaseless pain and grief
      • Learning how to process, release, and heal your emotions
      • Gleaning from the lessons and transform your experience and grief into something greater for yourself and others
      • Discovering your true identity beyond grief

Drop-In Expressive Art Group

A space for self-expression and connection through various artistic practices. No prior experience is required.

Chair Yoga

Classes that combine seated and standing positions to build strength, stability and balance; all postures completed with the support of a chair.
